A Food & Beer Pairing Featuring Persimmon Hollow
Enjoy dinner and a fine assortment of craft beer from Persimmon Hollow at this month’s Food & Beer Pairing event at Rising Tide tap and table. Rising Tide is located lakefront, opposite Exploration Tower, in the heart of the Cove a Port Canaveral.
Rising Tide’s Executive Chef, Jeff Kainz, will be serving five small plates expertly paired with 5 craft beers from Persimmon Hollow. Dishes will include Iron-Seared Trout, Sea Scallops with Bacon-Onion Jam, Pork Tenderloin, BBQ Lamb Rib and Chocolate Molten Cake.
The pairing takes place on Wednesday, October 23rd in the Barrel Room at Rising Tide. Reservations are required and the cost is $45 per person – tax and gratuity are included.
