Over the years, the Pink Ribbon Walk in Port Canaveral has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to benefit the Space Coast Cancer Foundation.
More than 2,000 people are expected to attend the Pink Ribbon Walk in Port Canaveral, on Saturday, October 3, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
All it takes to be a part the Pink Ribbon Walk and support a great cause is a $25 donation, per walker. During the walk, participants will travel through multiple waterfront properties and trails, and make their way back to the cove for a great celebration.
This family-friendly event will include activities for everyone! Enjoy a wide variety of food and beer from local vendors, while the kids are having a blast in the Kids Zone bounce houses.Are you in the mood for some healthy competition? Test your skills at the Bed and Bathtub Races, beginning at 1 p.m.If you’re not in the mood for running but still feeling competitive, stop by the shrimp peel and eat contest, starting at 3 p.m.
There will be events and live music all day, accompanied by a food and marketplace. After the event, stop by one of Port Canaveral’s bars and restaurants to continue the party.
Not only will residents be supporting a great cause, but they will be having a great time time while doing it.
